Intelligent irrigation, redefined

Water Smarter.
From the Ground Up.

Powered by the LuminarLink intelligence engine, MoistureCents understands conditions at the root zone and solar surface—turning energy, environment, and soil response into precise control.

The MoistureCents system

Intelligence begins
below the surface.

Conventional irrigation responds to schedules. MoistureCents responds to the living conditions around every root zone—and treats the solar system itself as another source of environmental evidence.

01

Sense

Read moisture, soil temperature, ambient conditions, solar response, and system health where they actually matter.

Root zone + solar evidence
02

Understand

LuminarLink is the intelligence engine that interprets root-zone evidence, solar response, site conditions, and irrigation behavior as one connected system.

03

Respond

Apply precise local control—watering only when conditions call for it and adapting as the landscape changes.

Adaptive control
Power becomes evidence

Solar energy can do more than charge a system. Its changing response can add another layer of awareness to the decisions the system makes.

One platform. Purpose-built systems.

Intelligence for every
place water matters.

LuminarLink is the shared intelligence engine behind the MoistureCents product family. Each product adapts that intelligence to a different root zone, landscape, and irrigation challenge.

01 / Lead system

Residential · Commercial · Municipal

Not just a sprinkler.
A whole-home landscape investment.

A self-aware irrigation network designed to understand each area of a property—including what the solar system itself is experiencing—and make every watering decision more precise.

Intelligence at every scale

From one root zone
to an entire property.

MoistureCents turns every managed area into part of one responsive system—protecting landscapes, reducing wasted water, and adapting control to the conditions found on site.

01 / Residential

Whole-property intelligence

Coordinate lawns, gardens, trees, and distinct landscape zones around the conditions each one needs.

02 / Commercial

Smarter grounds at scale

Manage complex properties with local sensing, clear system visibility, and precise control across every zone.

03 / Municipal

Public landscapes, responsibly managed

Apply water intelligence across parks, streetscapes, campuses, and shared spaces without treating every area the same.

04 / Agricultural

Field-aware irrigation decisions

Connect crop profiles, multi-depth evidence, and spatial control for agricultural environments with greater complexity.

Why MoistureCents

Water should respond
to the landscape—not the clock.

MoistureCents is being built around a simple conviction: irrigation becomes more valuable when it understands the living system it serves.

Christopher Sanchez, founder of MoistureCents
FounderChristopher SanchezSacramento, California
Built from field experience

Christopher Sanchez is the founder and principal product and systems developer of MoistureCents. His perspective was shaped by years of hands-on service in the plumbing and pipefitting industry, residential home remodeling, plumbing, and irrigation.

That experience exposed a persistent disconnect: landscapes are living, changing systems, yet the infrastructure serving them still operates largely by fixed schedules. MoistureCents grew from the belief that irrigation should understand the conditions it is responsible for.

Our direction

We are creating LuminarLink, the intelligence engine that connects real root-zone evidence, solar response, environmental context, and autonomous local control. The goal is not merely to automate watering. It is to make irrigation aware of what is happening below the surface and capable of responding with purpose.

01

Evidence before assumption

Decisions begin with evidence from the root zone, the surrounding environment, and the solar system’s own response.

02

Local intelligence by design

Critical irrigation control should remain capable at the property—not depend entirely on the cloud.

03

One engine, many environments

LuminarLink can power decisions across lawns, landscapes, individual plants, and agricultural fields without forcing them into one model.

04

Protection over automation

The purpose of intelligence is to protect living landscapes, water resources, and long-term property investment.

Knowledge for smarter water

Understand the system
behind every decision.

The MoistureCents resource center will make intelligent irrigation easier to understand—from root-zone fundamentals to ownership, installation, and field performance.
